Downloaded some really sweet looking free fonts from here, so I have been having lots of fun writing random things in pretty fonts.

Then I hand doodled over some old scans of mine.

A trip to your nearby Half Price Books is a must, that is if you are lucky enough to have one in your state. All these books for just under 12 bucks, just as well priced as the ever so tempting Amazon, and with more character too!

The Man Behind the Books

 He was a poet (all words above by him), a father, and much more. I made this film a few years ago, I hardly ever share it, as it is quite a sliver of my heart exposed. But, nonetheless, it helps explain in the words I do not have why my father is so important to me.

Lovely Lovely Literature

Books to me are like treats for the mind, I've always loved reading, and so did my father. Some of my favorite books in my collection were his, and others are mine, but here are some of the books the tug at my heart strings.  

Not all my books are perfect, some even are stained with flowers from god knows how long ago, but I think that is what makes them great.

A Short and Sweet Poem.

there is a land beyond the yonder mountains and seas,
that calls my soul upon it's tickle carried on the nightly breeze.
Perhaps that land that seems so far is actually the water in which I swim,
I fear I may never learn the answers to pass on to my next of kin.
